Helpful Tips for Booking Your Stay
While choosing a hotel for an extended stay, there are several factors to consider to ensure a seamless experience:
1. Define Your Needs
Before booking, ask yourself what you’ll require during your stay. Consider your travel purpose, the number of people, and specific amenities. If you need a workspace, make sure to choose a hotel with a comfortable desk area.
2. Research Locations
Check the surrounding area for nearby amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. Extended Stay America is conveniently located near essential services, which can significantly enhance your stay.
3. Consider Your Budget
Clearly outline your budget. Extended Stay America offers competitive pricing, often with additional savings for longer stays. Utilize any special promotions, which might provide further discounts.
4. Examine Room Options
Explore different types of rooms available. Amenities like kitchen appliances and spacious areas vary depending on the hotel, and knowing what to expect will lead to a more satisfactory experience.
5. Read Reviews
Before making your final decision, read reviews from previous guests. Testimonials can highlight particular aspects of service, cleanliness, and comfort, helping you make an informed choice.
Those tips are all geared towards ensuring you have an enjoyable, stress-free stay!

- Affordability: Pricing structures are tailored to benefit extended stays, often resulting in considerable savings compared to traditional hotel options.
- Pet-Friendly Options: Many locations are pet-friendly, making it a fantastic choice for travelers who refuse to leave their furry friends behind.
Minor Drawbacks
- Varying Quality: While most locations maintain high standards, the quality of rooms may vary by location, and it’s valuable to read recent reviews.

The new manager, Javier, came on board on Monday, August 5th, 2024, after 3 inefficient manager to 216 S Goldenrod Road in Orlando, Florida. We have a lot of smokers guests living on the property. These individuals took the front entrance as a “Designated Smoking” Area. Finally he took out today the “Smoking Stand” next to the dumpster. Now those guests had to move 15 feet away from the entrance to smoke. THANK YOU 😊
